This policy explains what information may be processed when you browse our website or contact us, as well as the choices available to you.
1. Scope of this policy
Super Banc Inc. operates superbanc.com. This policy applies when you browse the site and when you choose to contact us by email or telephone.
It presents our practices in plain language. Separate consent will be requested when an optional feature, such as an embedded Google map, requires additional processing.
2. Information processed and why it is used
Information you choose to provide
When you email or call us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, contact information, region and question. It is used to answer your request, direct you to a retailer or provide business follow-up.
Operation and security
The hosting provider and the delivery and security network may process your IP address, browser type, requested pages, date and time, and security events. This technical information is used to deliver the site, diagnose problems and prevent abuse.
Privacy choice
Your Google Maps choice is stored locally in your browser. This setting contains no name, email address or advertising identifier and is not transmitted to Super Banc by the site.
3. Providers and disclosures
Web Hosting Canada — WHC
WHC hosts the site and may process the files, backups and technical logs required to provide that service. WHC privacy policy ↗
Cloudflare — DNS, delivery and security
Cloudflare may route and cache traffic, resolve the domain name and filter malicious requests. In doing so, Cloudflare may process information including IP addresses, traffic routing data and security events. Cloudflare privacy policy ↗
Google Maps — only with your permission
If you allow and open the retailer map, Google may receive information including your IP address, device characteristics and any searches or location you choose to provide. Refusing the map will not block the text-based retailer list. Google privacy policy ↗
We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to an authorized provider when required for its mandate, with your consent, or when permitted or required by law. Some providers may process data outside Quebec or Canada, where different laws may apply.
4. Cookies and browser storage
A cookie is a small file stored by a website. Local storage is a similar technology that keeps a setting in your browser.
Remembering your choice — necessary
The superbanc_privacy_preferences_v1 local setting stores your choice for 180 days. Its only purpose is to avoid asking for the same preference on every visit. Depending on the protections enabled, Cloudflare may also set strictly necessary cookies such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance to distinguish legitimate traffic and remember that a security check was passed. These cookies are not used for advertising.
Google Maps — optional
The embedded map and its external resources will remain disabled by default. They may be loaded only after you agree. Continuing to browse does not constitute consent.
Audience measurement and advertising
No audience measurement, session replay or advertising service is enabled in this version of the site. The policy and consent mechanism must be updated before such a tool is added.
5. External links and services
Links to Google Maps or retailer websites open external services. Their own policies apply when you visit them. A standard external link does not load those services inside superbanc.com.
6. Retention and disposal
Communications and business records are kept only as long as necessary to follow up on the request, manage the business relationship and meet applicable legal requirements. Retention periods may therefore vary by type of record.
Technical logs and backups follow the hosting provider’s retention cycles. The choice saved in your browser expires after 180 days or is removed when you clear site data.
7. Security
We apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information processed, including HTTPS, limited access and backups. No electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be risk-free. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information by email.
8. Your rights and requests
You may request access to your personal information, correction when it is inaccurate or incomplete, and withdrawal of consent where applicable. You may also send us a question or complaint about our practices.
Reasonable identity verification may be required before a request is processed. Certain legal requirements may limit or delay deletion.

10. Changes
The version date appears at the beginning of this page. A material change in how information is used or the addition of an optional service will be communicated appropriately and, when required, a new consent request will be presented.
Your privacy
Your choices matter.
We use essential browser storage to remember your choices. With your permission, Google Maps may be loaded to display retailers. You may refuse this optional service and continue using the site.
